Carlos Ruiz is coming back to LA

Carlos Ruiz is on his way back to his first MLS team - the LA Galaxy.  A mystery amount of money and a 2009 second round draft pick was sent to FC Dallas in exchange for the Guatemalan who scored 50 goals for the Galaxy between 2002 and 2005 before being traded to FC Dallas.
